The Ugly Truth

Today, I realized something. Love, however pleasing it can be, works both ways. Love can hurt a person, or a lack of it can hurt someone worse than a blow. It is important who you give your heart to, for they determine how you feel. If they throw your heart away, you might not find life worth living. Make sure the person you like is nice, and you don't like them just for their looks. Beauty depends on the person. What I find ugly could be beautiful for someone else. And if you do like someone, never, NEVER tell anyone, even the closest of friends. You never know, you're friends might be your friends not because they enjoy your company, but to embarrass and humiliate you.
